Director, AI Translation & Adoption - Data & Technology

Parexel is a global leader in biopharmaceutical services, dedicated to improving world health by transforming scientific discoveries into life-changing treatments. We are currently seeking a Director of AI Translation & Adoption to join our Data & Technology group, where you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex AI capabilities and the people who use them.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the AI adoption strategy, determining which capabilities are prioritized and how they are communicated across the organization.
• Translate highly technical AI concepts into accessible, accurate, and useful information for non-technical stakeholders.
• Curate and manage the AI education and communications calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
• Partner with Organizational Change Management, Learning & Development, and Corporate Communications to equip them to deliver AI-related change effectively.
• Lead and mentor a team focused on adoption liaison, technical translation, and educational programming.

Requirements

• Proven experience at a Director level in roles combining technology and communications, such as adoption leadership or technical product marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of AI and generative AI concepts, with the ability to maintain credibility with technical teams.
• Exceptional ability to distill complex technical information into plain language for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated success in partnering with change management, learning, and communications functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred.
