Director, AI Enablement & Advancement

Spring Health is on a mission to eliminate barriers to mental healthcare through clinically validated technology. We are seeking a Director of AI Enablement & Advancement to lead our strategy in advancing AI fluency and transforming manual workflows across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own a company-wide AI fluency progression framework with clear, role-anchored benchmarks.
• Deliver advanced learning experiences focused on agentic AI, automation design, and multi-step workflows.
• Partner with functional leaders to identify AI use cases and implement targeted enablement programs.
• Audit high-friction manual workflows and lead end-to-end process redesign initiatives to make them AI-native.
• Support the People Leadership Team in embedding AI into core operations like talent acquisition and development.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise change management, workforce transformation, or organizational development.
• Proven track record of building scalability programs that advance employee technical depth.
• Strong functional understanding of generative AI, large language models, and agentic workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive leadership.
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
