Dir-Data Analytics & Insights

Reid Health is seeking a Director of Data, AI & Enterprise Business Systems to lead the people, platforms, and practices that support our data, analytics, automation, and AI governance initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for transforming data into trusted information for decision-making while ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of our enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Set and communicate the strategic plan, annual goals, and objectives for data, AI, automation, and enterprise systems.
• Own the operating side of data governance, including data definitions, stewardship, and the enterprise data classification framework.
• Direct clinical and business analytics, including reporting, dashboards, self-service tools, and data science initiatives.
• Manage the Workday ERP platform roadmap, release adoption, and configuration governance in partnership with Finance and HR.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and strategic direction to managers and individual contributors across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, computer science, health informatics, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data, analytics, enterprise applications, IT, or the healthcare industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, including leading managers or team leads.
• Hands-on background in data warehousing, analytics, or visualization tools.
• Direct experience with data architecture and scalable self-service data and reporting functions.
