Digital Project Manager (CMS)

Axalta is a global leader in the coatings industry, dedicated to engineering innovative solutions that protect and enhance products worldwide. We are currently seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our team and oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including websites, applications, and platform migrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of digital projects from initiation through launch, including defining scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Act as the central point of coordination between stakeholders, creative teams, developers, and external vendors.
• Ensure all digital deliverables align with business goals, brand standards, and user experience best practices.
• Manage project status reporting, risk logs, and dependencies to keep leadership informed.
• Oversee quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and the creation of web assets such as landing pages.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience managing digital projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, UX standards for web and mobile, and Agile delivery models.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CMS platforms, specifically Adobe Experience Manager, is strongly preferred.
