Digital Experience Lead – Danske Bank | Long-Term Project | Remote | €40–€45/hour (EU citizens only)

Wise Integration is seeking a Digital Experience Lead to join a long-term HR technology transformation project for Danske Bank. This role focuses on ensuring the new HR platform is intuitive, accessible, and provides a seamless experience for employees, managers, and HR teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the digital experience strategy for the HR platform project to ensure simplicity and clarity.
• Ensure strict adherence to accessibility standards throughout the design, testing, and implementation phases.
• Collaborate closely with HR, business, IT, and change management teams to align user-focused decisions.
• Review and optimize user journeys while identifying and mitigating potential UX-related risks.
• Provide expert guidance to stakeholders and support the platform's evolution to meet future digital needs.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in UX, Digital Experience, or Employee Experience roles.
• Proven track record of working on large-scale HR, HCM, ERP, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and their practical application in complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and translate user needs into solutions.
• Experience working within large, complex organizational structures.
