Digital Consulting Architect, CPQ

The Digital Consulting Architect, CPQ, at Zaelab plays a critical role in delivering scalable, revenue-driving Quote-to-Cash solutions for enterprise clients. As a primary functional and technical authority, you will lead end-to-end CPQ strategy, architecture, and delivery execution, ensuring solutions align with client revenue models and long-term digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority for CPQ and Quote-to-Cash initiatives in client-facing architectural discussions.
• Lead the architecture and functional design of custom product configurators, translating complex revenue models into scalable CPQ architectures.
• Design secure integrations between commerce platforms, ERP systems, CDPs, and middleware.
• Conduct business and technical discovery to define future-state CPQ roadmaps and perform gap analysis.
• Mentor consultants and developers on architecture patterns while setting quality standards for design and delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or solution architecture, including complex platform implementations.
• 3+ years focused specifically on CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, or B2B Commerce.
• Proven experience designing and delivering custom CPQ or product configurator solutions.
• Hands-on experience with modern web and integration technologies such as JavaScript, REST/SOAP, and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable architectural plans.
