Digital Consultant, Salesforce

Zaelab is seeking a Digital Consultant specializing in Salesforce to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that drive digital transformation and long-term business value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to translate complex business requirements into effective Salesforce-based solutions.
• Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Commerce clouds.
• Lead Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and architects, to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide strategic guidance on platform capabilities, best practices, and roadmap planning.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture, security models, and declarative automation tools like Flows.
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, and SOQL for business logic and data querying.
• Hands-on experience building responsive UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Solid grasp of object-oriented programming and relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and deployment tools.
