DFT & Post-Silicon Validation

TechBiz Global is seeking a highly skilled DFT & Post-Silicon Validation Lead to join a dynamic team working on complex SoCs and SoC chiplets. In this role, you will own the end-to-end DFT implementation process, ensuring seamless integration between design, test, and post-silicon validation to deliver high-performance products for mass production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical direction and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Define and implement robust DFT architectures, including scan chains, BIST, and JTAG interfaces to enhance testability and debug capabilities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans at silicon, package, and system levels to ensure high yield and quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, validation, and operations teams to optimize test methodologies and reduce production costs.
• Drive innovation by exploring new manufacturing processes and efficiency improvements throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record of multiple successful tape-outs for high-performance SoCs or SiPs in mass production environments.
• Extensive experience in post-silicon test optimization, yield analysis, and high-volume production strategies.
• Strong proficiency in RTL and testbench development using SystemVerilog and Verilog.
• Advanced scripting skills in Python3, Tcl, and Shell.
