Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within the DevTools domain.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, moving rapidly from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable technical solutions and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and potential spin-off.

Requirements

• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
