DevSecOps Engineer – Remote Work Type

Directio is a global IT services company specializing in cloud-based and mobile applications, supporting clients through digital transformation. We are currently seeking a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join a platform team responsible for managing Azure, Kubernetes, and security engineering practices for an international client.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and operate the platform, including Azure, AKS, deployments, and incident response.
• Build infrastructure for the migration from monolithic architecture to services, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Manage the external attack surface and integrate security scanning into Azure DevOps and Kubernetes pipelines.
• Establish and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 security baselines, including identity management and cloud security posture.
• Support technical security controls for ISO 27001 certification and coordinate with external penetration testing partners.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes/AKS in production environments.
• Proven experience in security engineering and managing vulnerability management processes.
• Practical knowledge of security tooling, including DAST, SAST, SCA, and secrets scanning.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, PowerShell, or Python, along with fluent English communication skills.
