DevOps Team Lead

FundCount is a growing international fintech company with a 20-year history, providing unified software solutions for investment, general, and partnership accounting. We are looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to manage our infrastructure, lead our engineering team, and advance our CI/CD and automation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, including task assignment, performance reviews, and professional development.
• Develop and implement DevOps methodologies, GitOps strategies, and infrastructure roadmaps.
• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for application building, testing, and deployment.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible, while ensuring high availability and security.
• Coordinate monitoring and logging systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of DevOps experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior mentoring role.
• Deep expertise in AWS services, including compute, networking, storage, and database management.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Excellent knowledge of Linux and Windows systems, combined with scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a UTC+1 to UTC+4 time zone.
