DevOps / Platform Engineer (Azure, Ansible, Docker)

PEOPLEMORE is a technology-driven company that builds comprehensive digital projects for clients worldwide. We are currently seeking an experienced DevOps / Platform Engineer to join our team and help us maintain and scale reliable cloud infrastructure in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and operate reliable cloud infrastructure and configuration management ecosystems for development, testing, and production environments.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, secure, and predictable software releases.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and operational visibility through advanced monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Apply secure operational practices, including secrets management, to protect infrastructure and sensitive data.
• Collaborate with development teams to continuously improve automation, reliability, and the overall platform experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Operations.
• Practical experience with cloud environments, Linux systems, and infrastructure automation using Azure and Ansible.
• Strong understanding of containerized applications using Docker and modern CI/CD solutions.
• Hands-on experience monitoring production systems with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and messaging platforms like Kafka.
