DevOps Engineer (Senior/Staff)

DualEntry is a fast-growing AI startup revolutionizing the ERP market by automating manual financial processes for businesses ranging from mid-market to large enterprises. We are looking for a Senior or Staff DevOps Engineer to join our high-velocity team and help us build the next generation of financial software.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the initial setup and evolution of our DevOps and platform engineering practices.
• Design and deliver an internal platform for feature environments to significantly boost developer velocity.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable, and secure AWS-based infrastructure.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate end-to-end release processes.
• Implement comprehensive observability tooling to ensure high availability and proactive incident resolution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall engineering experience or 5+ years of deep AWS-focused expertise.
• Strong proficiency with AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, IAM, and networking.
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Solid command of CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Ability to work with autonomy and flexibility to support partial 24-hour coverage.
