Devops Engineer

Flix is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Platform team on a project basis. You will play a key role in designing, automating, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, empowering our engineering teams to build and deploy secure, robust, and efficient applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Advance our Infrastructure as Code practices using tools like Terraform.
• Automate operational workflows and infrastructure processes using Python, Go, or Bash.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and assist engineering teams in utilizing the cloud platform stack effectively.
• Troubleshoot platform issues using monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

Requirements

• Strong professional background as a DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
• Proven experience with public cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Solid knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language like Python, Go, or Bash.
• Excellent technical communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
