Devops Engineer

Flix is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Platform team on a project basis. You will play a key role in designing, automating, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring that our engineering teams can build, deploy, and operate secure and efficient applications with minimal overhead.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure running on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Advance our Infrastructure as Code practices using tools such as Terraform.
• Automate operational processes and infrastructure workflows using Python, Go, or Bash.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and assist engineering teams in utilizing the cloud platform stack effectively.
• Troubleshoot platform issues using monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience as a DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineer.
• Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
• Solid experience with public cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Proficiency in Linux, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD processes.
• Excellent technical communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within engineering teams.
