DevOps Engineer

Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together to help organizations run customer workflows in the AI era. We are looking for a proactive and technically curious DevOps Engineer to join our global team and help build reliable internal infrastructure through automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize automation for CI/CD pipelines, including builds, quality checks, deployments, and testing to enable faster and safer releases.
• Develop and maintain tools and services for development, security, and other internal stakeholder teams.
• Build and maintain advanced monitoring, alerting, and fault-tolerance systems to ensure proactive detection and resolution of issues.
• Partner with developers, QA engineers, and architects to implement best practices in DevOps and automation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Unix-like operating systems and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or TeamCity and container technologies like Docker.
• Strong scripting and programming skills, specifically with Python and SQL, with knowledge of Groovy or PowerShell as a plus.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Istio, as well as infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, or Graylog.
