Devops Engineer

Spyrosoft is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join an international team dedicated to maintaining a large-scale enterprise platform. This business-critical system supports over a thousand concurrent users globally, and you will play a key role in ensuring its reliability, performance, and continuous evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize OpenShift and Kubernetes environments.
• Develop and improve GitOps-based deployment processes using ArgoCD.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo and Bitbucket.
• Implement and enhance monitoring and logging solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and the Elastic Stack.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident resolution.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift or enterprise Kubernetes platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and GitOps.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting with Bash or Python.
• Willingness to work in shifts and participate in a scheduled on-call rotation.
