S3 Connected Health is a leading digital health company headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. We are a team of over 250 clinicians, behavioral scientists, and technologists dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovative digital solutions. We create state-of-the-art platforms for remote patient monitoring, medication adherence, and patient engagement that empower millions to improve their health and quality of life.

We're a tight-knit DevOps team that supports each other. No ego, no gatekeeping – we solve problems together. We stay on top of the latest tech, but we're practical about it – if we like something, we use it, if we don’t, we don’t 😊. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, experiment, and grow your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment where good ideas come from you.

Join our team and help us build rock-solid infrastructure and deploy pipelines! As a DevOps Engineer, you'll:

  • Work together with developers and stakeholders to smooth out the release process and remove blockers

  • Act as a central hub connecting development, operations, and business teams – you'll be the glue that holds

  • Champion DevOps best practices and help shape how we do things around here

  • Level up our tools, standards, and overall engineering practices

  • Stay curious and bring fresh tech ideas to the table – we love exploring new solutions

  • Build and maintain our CI/CD infrastructure

  • Design clever automation for cloud deployments that saves people time

  • Keep our infrastructure-as-code clean and our deployments predictable

  • Own the full lifecycle of releases – from building packages to maintaining environments during the project development

We’re looking for experience with:

  • DevOps, systems administration, architecture, configuration management, or release management (or a mix of these)

  • Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines – Azure DevOps experience is great

  • Container tech: Docker, Kubernetes !!, Helm – you know your way around

  • Cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS (or both!)

  • Infrastructure as Code – Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation – treating infra like software

  • Build tools like Maven, Gradle, or GNU Make

  • Scripting with Bash, Python or PowerShell

  • Git workflows and best practices

  • Proficient English communication skills (verbal and written)

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with telecom, finance, or medical systems

  • Advanced container orchestration: OpenShift, AKS, EKS, Rancher

  • Cloud Native tools and projects under your belt

  • Database management: MySQL, MariaDB, Postgres

  • Monitoring and logging stacks: Grafana, Prometheus, Loki

  • Medical industry standards: ISO 14971, IEC 62304, ISO 13485 – it is ok if you have never heard about it!

  • Atlassian ecosystem skills: Jira, Bitbucket

  • GitOps mindset and experience

We offer:

  • A unique opportunity to make a tangible impact in the global healthcare market

  • Exposure to the latest technologies and a dynamic, international work environment

  • A commitment to your professional growth and career advancement

  • Collaboration based on a B2B contract or contract of employment

  • Flexible cooperation model with the possibility of remote, hybrid, or on-site collaboration (Wrocław)
