DevOps Engineer

MDOTM is a global leader in AI-driven investment solutions, providing a proprietary platform that supports over $100B in assets for major institutional clients. We are seeking an Intermediate DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Team and help maintain the infrastructure that empowers our product teams to deliver secure and scalable software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and automate CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable software releases.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible to provision and maintain AWS and on-premise resources.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to package services and implement GitOps practices for efficient resource management.
• Maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK to ensure high system availability.
• Embed security best practices into the software development lifecycle and automate security controls within pipelines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role with a focus on automation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language like Python or Bash for task automation.
• Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
