DevOps Engineer

micro1 is seeking experienced DevOps Engineers to contribute to a dynamic project focused on scalable, modern cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will apply your deep domain expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn and perform through high-quality, real-world technical input.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-style scenarios including CI/CD, containers, orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
• Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps to ensure technical accuracy.
• Review AI-generated output, identify failures, and write precise corrections with detailed reasoning.
• Maintain a strict quality bar on correctness and reproducibility across all technical tasks.
• Share structured feedback that improves future task design and model performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure engineering.
• Strong coding ability in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript with a focus on production-grade code.
• Practical depth in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud provider.
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux and Git, combined with professional English communication skills.
