DevOps Automation Engineer

Baloise Solution Hub is looking for a dedicated DevOps Automation Engineer to join our self-organized team of five. We focus on automating workflows and enabling efficient program execution for our international customers, constantly improving our internal processes to maintain high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document scripts to automate recurring internal processes.
• Analyze existing tools and workflows to identify automation opportunities and implement improvements.
• Support the team in automating customer-related workflows and processes.
• Investigate operational issues and develop sustainable, long-term solutions independently.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a DevOps or similar engineering role.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Perl, Python, and ideally Bash.
• Solid understanding of both Linux and Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience with automation and centralized batch processing.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
