micro1 is seeking a dedicated Developmental Psychology expert to contribute to a cutting-edge project at the intersection of psychology and technology. In this role, you will apply your academic expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, ensuring that models learn and reason with high-quality, psychologically grounded input.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate, review, and annotate complex data sets relevant to child development and developmental psychology for AI training purposes.
- Provide detailed insights and expert feedback on the accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and developmental relevance of model outputs.
- Contribute expert analysis to scenario development and test cases involving children’s learning and behavior.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure psychological integrity and refine guidelines for AI interactions.
- Document findings and recommendations with clarity to support ongoing research and development efforts.
Requirements
- Doctorate (PhD) in Child Development, Developmental Psychology, or a closely related field.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while engaging effectively with a distributed team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex psychological concepts into actionable data for AI systems.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is highly preferred: Japanese, French, Tagalog, Malay, Russian, Polish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese.
