Development Team Leader

We are currently seeking a Development Team Leader to guide our engineering efforts, drive technical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment for our remote development team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Python developers, ensuring alignment on goals, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Mentor and coach team members to support their technical and professional growth.
• Drive engineering excellence by promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and testing.
• Plan and manage team capacity, sprints, and milestones to ensure predictable delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align engineering execution with business objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial software development experience.
• 2+ years leading Scrum teams with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical expertise in Python and object-oriented programming.
• Experience in the .NET ecosystem and distributed architectures.
• Proficiency with microservices, GraphQL, REST APIs, and message queues.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
