Development Team Leader (.Net)

We are currently seeking an experienced Development Team Leader to guide our .Net engineering team in delivering high-quality, scalable software that supports the global maritime energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of .Net developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage team capacity, sprints, and milestones to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to align engineering execution with business objectives.
• Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and contribute to the evolution of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Promote best practices in coding, architecture, and testing to ensure the long-term maintainability of our systems.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of commercial software development experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in .NET and object-oriented programming.
• Solid understanding of microservices, distributed architecture, GraphQL, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Proficiency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a proven ability to inspire and mentor team members.
