Developer Team Lead

INGENIOUS.BUILD is developing a premier platform for the global real estate and construction industries, aiming to manage the entire project lifecycle. We are looking for a Developer Team Lead to guide our engineering efforts and help us build the future of construction project management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an engineering team to plan, build, and deliver high-quality software while optimizing resources.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews to support team and company growth.
• Maintain and improve the codebase by reducing legacy code, adding tests, and ensuring modern standards.
• Collaborate across functions to shape solutions rather than just implementing tickets.
• Work with a modular monolith architecture using PHP 8.4, Laravel 11, and PostgreSQL.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building scalable applications, such as CRM, CMS, or ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in PHP 8.1+ and modern frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
• Strong focus on framework-agnostic development and clean, maintainable code.
• Thorough knowledge of automated testing frameworks and robust testing strategies.
• Proven experience managing a team of developers and delivering complex projects.
• Communicative English at a B2 level or higher.
