Developer Research Coordinator (Contract)

Major League Hacking is seeking a Developer Research Coordinator to join our Developer Intelligence Network. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technology companies and their developer audiences by coordinating research studies and transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will support our mission to empower millions of technologists by managing participant panels and ensuring our research processes run smoothly and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate research studies from start to finish, including participant invitations, scheduling, and logistics.
• Process research material by cleaning transcripts, tagging quotes, and identifying themes using LLM-assisted workflows.
• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy and verify findings against source material to create analysis-ready evidence packs.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our developer panel, including recruitment, onboarding, and participant communication.
• Support the quarterly MLH Census by processing and analyzing large volumes of survey responses.

Requirements

• Highly organized and reliable with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
• Experience managing research participant logistics and coordinating complex workflows.
• Proficiency in using LLMs to analyze qualitative data with a critical eye for accuracy.
• Comfortable navigating developer tools, documentation, and GitHub to understand technical feedback.
• Strong interest in developer relations, technical education, and online communities.
• Ability to overlap with UK working hours for a few hours each workday.
