Deputy Chief of Staff – Research & Growth

Offshore Launch is a people-centered staffing agency dedicated to helping small business owners scale their operations by connecting them with top-tier global remote talent. We are currently seeking a Deputy Chief of Staff to join our team and provide high-level strategic support to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to founders, bringing structure and prioritization to a fast-moving, multi-account portfolio.
• Lead market and competitive intelligence research, translating data into clear patterns and actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Own pipeline-building efforts by sourcing executive contacts and drafting personalized, research-backed outreach.
• Manage complex project plans and Gantt charts to ensure visibility into milestones, dependencies, and KPIs.
• Produce polished competitive teardowns and executive-ready materials for client-facing use.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategic research, or senior business analysis role.
• Exceptional business English writing skills with the ability to produce structured, citation-backed reports.
• Proven experience in sourcing decision-maker contacts and drafting professional outreach.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• High level of discernment and the ability to context-switch effectively across multiple industries.
