Deployment Coordinator

emagine Polska is looking for a dedicated Deployment Coordinator to join our team and manage the rollout of Microsoft Defender (MDE/MDI) solutions across various international domains. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that complex security infrastructure projects are delivered effectively and on schedule within a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned Microsoft Defender MDE/MDI deployment waves across multiple countries and management domains.
• Coordinate activities between global teams, local IT departments, Microsoft, and third-party suppliers.
• Maintain deployment wave plans, milestones, and delivery information within Azure DevOps.
• Conduct regular meetings during deployment phases, including daily stand-ups to ensure alignment.
• Monitor project readiness, manage risks, resolve blockers, and provide status updates to program management.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure project management.
• Proven experience in coordinating multiple technical teams effectively.
• 1-2 years of experience in Agile delivery coordination, specifically utilizing Azure DevOps.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity deployment technologies or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint is highly desirable.
