Demand Planning Analyst

Experis Manpower Group is seeking experienced Demand Planning Analysts to join a global APS transformation and demand planning stabilization program. In this role, you will collaborate with international teams across EMEA, LATAM, China, Asia, and USAC to support end-to-end demand planning, forecast accuracy, and data integrity within a complex global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product portfolios and execute the end-to-end demand planning process, including creating and maintaining demand forecasts.
• Maintain and cleanse demand planning master data, including CVCs and Demand Planning IDs, while validating planning drivers and assumptions.
• Support PIPO and NPI activities, perform forecast outlier analysis, and investigate exceptions to ensure high data quality.
• Provide comprehensive planning data and reporting support across demand, orders, inventory, and financial processes.
• Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and collaborate with global teams to optimize the supply of critical raw materials.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in Demand Planning within manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, technology, or consumer goods sectors.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP APO-DP and a strong understanding of the operational demand planning cycle.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proven ability to work with complex demand forecasting and planning systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, global setting.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse international teams.
