What will you work on as a Demand Generation Manager?

The Marketing Unit brings together experts across different specializations, with each team focused on a specific business line. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for driving demand and generating leads for a portfolio of DevOps solutions (GitLab, Bitbucket, JFrog), supporting sales pipeline growth and the achievement of business goals.

What tasks await you in this role?

  • designing, executing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns for a portfolio of DevOps tools (GitLab, Bitbucket, JFrog), including paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), with a strong focus on cost efficiency and lead quality, as well as creating and optimizing landing pages (copywriting, UX, A/B testing);
  • managing SEO activities (on-site, content, link building) using tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush, and implementing LLM SEO / Generative Engine Optimization strategies to increase the visibility of Deviniti’s offering in search engines and AI-generated responses;
  • building and optimizing workflows in HubSpot, including lead nurturing, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle management;
  • reporting on demand generation performance (including pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, MQL→SQL conversion) and identifying areas for optimization;
  • working closely with the Sales team to support outbound activities (sequence creation, messaging, database segmentation), develop sales enablement materials (one-pagers, case studies, comparisons, battle cards), and execute account-based initiatives within the existing client base, including identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the DevOps portfolio;
  • collaborating with technology partners (e.g. GitLab, JFrog, Atlassian) on joint co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.

You are the one we’re looking for, if:

  • you have the following skills: min. 5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing in a B2B tech/SaaS environment;
  • proven experience in building a sales pipeline measured by revenue, not just the number of leads;
  • experience working with Sales teams, understanding the sales process, and creating materials that genuinely support salespeople;
  • very good knowledge of HubSpot (CRM + Marketing Hub), especially campaigns, workflows, and reporting;
  • hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including independent campaign management;
  • knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs or Semrush) and the ability to run an SEO content strategy;
  • knowledge of or strong interest in LLM SEO / GEO;
  • ability to edit content and landing pages in WordPress CMS;
  • communicative English skills (min. B2), enabling you to work with vendor materials and create content in English;
  • nice to have: knowledge of the DevOps tools market (CI/CD, version control, artifact management), experience in account-based marketing / sales, and cooperation with technology vendors in a partner model;
  • you can also work in a team!

  1. CV screening - we read about your experience and make sure that it matches our needs.
  2. Phone interview - during these 30 minutes the recruiter describes the role further and asks a few questions (i.e. about your expectations and notice period).
  3. Online interview (with the possibility of an additional meeting, during which the candidate may be asked to present their own case study or success story) - here you meet the recruiter and the team leader, who verify your skills. The meeting usually lasts about 1h.
  4. The decision, which is presented to you about 2 weeks after the interview.
