Delivery Manager with German

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company with over 19 years of experience, providing full-cycle services to global enterprises. We are currently looking for a Delivery Manager with German language skills to lead international software projects, optimize delivery processes, and drive successful collaboration with our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a pipeline of projects, including timelines, risks, and business expectations.
• Ensuring the efficiency of delivery processes, project optimization, and profitability management.
• Planning, controlling, and allocating project budgets.
• Communicating regularly with internal and external stakeholders regarding strategies and objectives.
• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating project teams while monitoring performance metrics.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT project management and 1+ year as a Delivery Manager.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Fixed Price contracts.
• Strong technical background (e.g., previous experience as a Developer or QA).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English (Intermediate+) and German (Upper-Intermediate+).
