Delivery Manager with German

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company with over 19 years of experience, currently seeking a Delivery Manager with German language skills to lead international software projects. You will play a key role in optimizing delivery processes and driving successful collaborations with our global clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a pipeline of projects while overseeing timelines, risks, and business expectations.
• Ensuring the efficiency of delivery processes, including project optimization and profitability management.
• Planning, controlling, and allocating project budgets.
• Communicating regularly with internal and external stakeholders regarding business development and objectives.
• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating project teams to ensure high performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT project management and 1+ year as a Delivery Manager.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Fixed Price contracts.
• Strong technical background, such as previous experience as a developer or QA.
• Fluency in English (Intermediate+) and German (Upper-Intermediate+).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
