PROJECT

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to take ownership of a complex, large-scale, and forward-looking software delivery initiative. This role involves driving project execution at a strategic level, engaging with C-level stakeholders, and managing technical teams to deliver innovative software solutions and complex integrations.

The ideal candidate combines strong delivery and pre-sales expertise, a data-driven mindset, and proven leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams on a global scale.

YOU WILL

• Define, plan, and oversee full software delivery lifecycle processes, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to provide technical insights during pre-sales, including workload estimations and solution proposal preparation.
• Conduct discovery workshops to define project strategies and align solutions with client needs.
• Manage scope, budget, and schedules across multiple complex projects
• Build and mentor high-performing teams of Technical Consultants and Developers (10–15+ people)
• Monitor project execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Implement best-in-class tracking, reporting, and risk management practices
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key clients and partners
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the delivery organization
• Apply a data-driven approach to measure team performance and service quality

MUST HAVE

• 10+ years of experience in software delivery (preferably in a software house or professional services environment)
• Proven pre-sales experience, including project estimations, solution architecture recommendations, and proposal preparation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with C-level
• Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams of 10–15+ people
• In-depth understanding of SDLC, system architectures, and modern IT technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent Polish and English
• Experience with data-driven performance tracking

• German language skills
• Experience in managing a broader portfolio of delivery projects
• Familiarity with modern cloud computing and DevOps trends
