Delivery Manager

SOFTSWISS is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our Sportsbook team. You will play a vital role in shaping our development processes and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative software solutions for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage a Project Manager and Scrum Master while functionally leading development teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring predictability and coordinating effectively between Product and Engineering departments.
• Identify and resolve process breakdowns, communication gaps, and recurring blockers to maintain project momentum.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, release readiness, and the overall release calendar to ensure smooth production handoffs.
• Partner with engineering to manage technical debt and maintain efficient bug management workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Technical PM within a product-focused technology company.
• Proven track record of mentoring or managing delivery professionals such as PMs and Scrum Masters.
• Strong ability to lead development teams, including managing capacity, technical constraints, and blockers.
• Hands-on experience with defect triage, bug management, and utilizing Jira for delivery metrics.
• Fluency in English and Russian to effectively communicate within our international team environment.
