Delivery Manager

Flyps is a high-tech software house with nearly a decade of experience turning complex technical challenges into production-ready products. We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to take ownership of project delivery across our portfolio, support our project managers, and ensure that our initiatives run smoothly from kickoff to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of project delivery and outcomes, including scope, timelines, quality, budgets, and profitability.
• Support and coordinate Project Managers by setting priorities, providing feedback, and helping with difficult decisions.
• Work with technical leads on team allocation, capacity planning, and identifying resource needs.
• Coordinate and review project estimates, challenge assumptions, and ensure a smooth handover from Sales to Delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and handle complex conversations regarding scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Improve delivery processes, reporting, and documentation using AI and automation to enhance quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple software projects within a software house or IT consulting environment.
• Experience supporting or managing Project Managers or team leads.
• Solid understanding of project finances, profitability, capacity planning, and team utilization.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify risks early and challenge unrealistic assumptions.
• Excellent Polish (C2) and English (C1+) communication skills.
