Delivery Manager (Data-Driven & Transformation)

CYCLAD is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team and drive data-driven transformation across our delivery processes. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing efficient workflows that align business goals with technical execution, ensuring transparency and high performance across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end delivery processes from intake to release across multiple teams.
• Define and drive KPI-based delivery frameworks, focusing on metrics such as lead time, cycle time, and SLA adherence.
• Analyze current ways of working to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies in delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business teams to ensure aligned delivery practices and effective tooling setup.
• Support Jira configuration and drive tooling standardization or migration initiatives to ensure data quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or Transformation Lead.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design processes starting from business KPIs.
• Practical knowledge of Jira setup, reporting structures, and governance frameworks.
• Experience in process discovery, assessment, and optimization within data-driven environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills to drive adoption across teams.
