Delivery Manager DACH

STX Next is seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team, acting as a bridge between client strategy, business growth, and technical execution. You will take full accountability for portfolio health while directly leading key delivery projects in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key software projects, ensuring quality, scope control, and the application of Agile best practices.
• Oversee the health and profitability of your assigned client portfolio while building trust-based relationships.
• Partner with Sales on expansion plans, upsell opportunities, and late-stage deal pipelines.
• Introduce AI-assisted delivery practices, metrics, and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate engineering leads and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and swift risk mitigation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT services management, combining hands-on delivery with strategic client ownership.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) is mandatory, alongside fluent English and Polish.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen regarding T&M, Fixed Price, and Managed Services engagement models.
• Deep awareness of modern tech stacks, cloud-native environments, and AI-driven delivery tooling.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and bridge the gap between technical teams and C-level executives.
