Delivery Manager - Data

Elitmind is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end Data and BI projects. You will combine delivery management with close client collaboration, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and quality standards while coordinating expert teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Data and BI projects from initial planning through to successful delivery.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their strategic partner.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Data Engineers, and BI Consultants.
• Identify project risks and dependencies early to ensure smooth delivery and mitigate potential issues.
• Support business growth by contributing to proposals, project estimations, and client presentations.
• Shape and improve delivery standards, methodologies, and internal governance processes.

Requirements

• Strong experience in delivering Data Platform, BI, or Cloud transformation projects.
• Practical knowledge of business use cases for Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Understanding of modern data platform architecture and enterprise delivery standards.
• Proven experience in a consulting, enterprise, or customer-facing technology environment.
• Fluent English (B2/C1 level) to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
