Delivery Lead

Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together to help organizations run customer workflows in the AI era. We are looking for a Delivery Lead to ensure the successful execution of client engagements and internal implementation projects within our Delivery Assurance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of enterprise-level implementation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and business objectives.
• Serve as a product knowledge carrier, advising clients and partners on optimal solution approaches and platform capabilities.
• Enforce delivery standards, methodologies, and reporting frameworks across the portfolio to ensure consistency.
• Identify risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies early, driving mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Act as a key contact for client executives, providing transparency through governance meetings and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program or portfolio management across multiple concurrent enterprise projects.
• Strong background in CRM, SaaS, ERP, or similar enterprise platforms with hands-on project lifecycle experience.
• Ability to conduct high-level solution estimations and guide teams in applying best practices.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including communication at the CxO level.
• Fluent English proficiency and a structured, result-oriented mindset.
