Delivery Lead/ Manager

Link Group is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer or Agile Delivery Program Lead to drive complex, multi-site software delivery initiatives. In this role, you will bridge technical execution with business strategy, steer multi-team Scaled Agile environments, and ensure seamless delivery across distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Program Increment planning cycles and manage technical and business objectives across multiple teams simultaneously.
• Map and resolve complex dependencies across distributed teams and third-party vendors.
• Oversee the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Establish operational frameworks and track key delivery metrics such as velocity, lead time, and defect density.
• Define clear roles and responsibilities across business, product, and technical teams to streamline decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments and managing cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Strong background in vendor management, including defining statements of work and integrating external workflows.
• Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex status updates into data-driven dashboards.
• Practical knowledge of quality assurance standards and compliance requirements in regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of IT operations to ensure effective service transition and post-release supportability.
