Delivery Lead in the EU

Andersen is seeking a Delivery Lead to join a project focused on delivering Salesforce solutions and driving digital transformation within the energy sector. You will oversee the full development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality implementation and alignment with business requirements for a large-scale organization.

Key responsibilities

• Leading Salesforce implementation and application development projects while managing scope, schedule, and risks.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including Architects, Consultants, Developers, and DevOps Engineers.
• Serving as the primary contact between the client and the supplier, managing stakeholder relationships and governance reviews.
• Ensuring adherence to development processes, quality standards, and production readiness.
• Supporting release planning, effort estimation, and knowledge transfer activities.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience leading complex IT delivery engagements and managing distributed teams.
• Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and delivery within Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD principles, and enterprise software ecosystems.
• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in both English and German.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in regulated industries.
