Delivery / Engagement Lead

Avenga is looking for an experienced Delivery / Engagement Lead to join a major business-driven program. In this role, you will drive execution for the RDT team within the data repository area, ensuring the team operates efficiently and meets its objectives within a complex corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and drive the daily work of the RDT team, facilitating agile ceremonies and optimizing collaboration tools to ensure the team consistently meets Definition of Done requirements.
• Liaise closely with internal technical experts, including Solution Architects, Data Architects, and Business Analysts, to ensure the designed solution aligns with program objectives.
• Act as the primary bridge to cross-functional stakeholders, including business leads, project squads, and Product Owners.
• Maintain clear visibility on progress, risks, and blockers, providing regular and structured updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering data-related initiatives, specifically building data repositories and driving complex data integration projects.
• Strong background in agile delivery methodologies, with a preference for SAFe or SCRUM frameworks.
• Proven experience managing delivery within large-scale, complex corporate programs.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of successfully navigating business-driven IT projects and aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
• Fluency in professional English, both written and spoken.
