• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within the Defense Tech domain.

• Architect scalable solutions and manage critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and potential spin-off.
• Apply behavioral science expertise to solve complex challenges and optimize system performance.

Requirements

• Proven domain expertise in behavioral science with a high-agency builder mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
