Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within the DeepTech domain.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps to drive implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and manage critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and future institutional backing.

Requirements

• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise and a drive for end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
