Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within cutting-edge DeepTech domains.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and potential spin-off opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset with the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where fast execution and good ideas are prioritized over corporate bureaucracy.
