Databricks Architect

RemoDevs is seeking an experienced Databricks Architect to join a long-term project supporting a client within the manufacturing industry. You will play a pivotal role in designing and developing scalable data solutions while collaborating with international stakeholders to optimize the client's data landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data architectures based on the Databricks ecosystem.
• Define architecture standards, patterns, and best practices for the Databricks environment.
• Support the design and implementation of modern data platforms and robust data pipelines.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into effective data architecture solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural expertise regarding performance, scalability, governance, and security.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience as a Data Architect or Databricks Architect.
• Extensive practical knowledge of the Databricks ecosystem and modern cloud-based data solutions.
• Proven experience working on projects within the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of architectural decisions, and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.
