Expected, SQL, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Power BI Optional, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python About the project, As a Data&AI Consultant, you will help customers build modern data platforms and AI-enabled analytical solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure technologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, business-oriented solutions that transform data into actionable insights and AI-driven value. This is how we work, at the client's site, you develop several projects simultaneously Your responsibilities, Helping customers transform their business through modern Data & AI solutions, Designing and implementing scalable data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Power BI, Building AI-ready data foundations that enable advanced analytics, Generative AI, and Copilot scenarios, Identifying and delivering business value through Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, and intelligent analytics solutions, Developing semantic models, data products, and analytical applications supporting business decision-making, Implementing and optimizing data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines, Advising customers on Data & AI architecture, best practices, and technology adoption, Participating in AI innovation initiatives, workshops, and Proof of Concepts, Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end Data & AI projects, Building trusted customer relationships through technical expertise and consultative engagement Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Platform development, Experience designing and delivering data and analytics solutions using Microsoft technologies, Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Azure SQL, SQL Server), Experience with Microsoft Fabric or strong experience with Azure Data & Analytics services, including:, Lakehouse / Warehouse architectures, Data Pipelines (Fabric / ADF), Semantic Models and Power BI, Experience designing and developing ETL/ELT processes and modern data integration solutions, Understanding of data modelling principles and building scalable, business-oriented analytical solutions, Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical and architectural recommendations, Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders, Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Copilot technologies, and AI-powered analytics, Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and explore emerging Data & AI technologies, Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, Ability to connect business goals with data and AI opportunities, Curiosity and willingness to explore emerging AI technologies, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivered solutions, Very good knowledge of Polish and English Optional, Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or related Microsoft AI technologies, Familiarity with Generative AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents, Experience delivering AI-powered analytics, intelligent automation, or data-driven decision-support solutions, Knowledge of Python for data engineering, analytics, automation, or AI-related use cases, Experience in consulting or customer-facing roles, Microsoft certifications related to Fabric, Power BI, Azure, or AI What we offer, Work in a Microsoft Partner company with strong Data & BI expertise, Projects based on modern Microsoft Fabric and Power BI architecture, A dynamic environment that supports initiative, independence, and learning, Real opportunities for professional and technical growth, Variety of projects across different industries, Remote work, Benefits package:, Private medical care, Multisport card, Trainings, conferences, industry invents, eTutor, Group insurance Benefits, sharing the costs of sports activities, private medical care, sharing the costs of foreign language classes, sharing the costs of professional training & courses, life insurance, remote work opportunities, flexible working time, integration events, no dress code, coffee / tea, drinks, employee referral program, charity initiatives Recruitment stages, Screening (phone interview), Technical assignment, Technical interview, Final interview Recruitment is conducted remotely, but attendance at the office is required on the first onboarding day.
