Data Scientist

emagine Polska is looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join their team in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for building advanced AI-powered solutions that bridge the gap between complex data and actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI-powered insight generation solutions by combining data, business knowledge, and advanced analytics.
• Develop semantic data products, knowledge graphs, and RAG-based capabilities to enrich analytical context.
• Create reusable analytical recipes, agent skills, and decision frameworks for recurring business questions.
• Evaluate and optimize AI, ML, and statistical approaches using robust experimentation and performance metrics.
• Ensure insight quality, explainability, and scalability across various brands and markets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with strong Python skills and production-grade coding abilities.
• Extensive experience with structured data, statistical analysis, and translating business questions into analytical approaches.
• Proven experience applying Generative AI and LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, and tool calling.
• Familiarity with multi-agent AI frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain and vector databases.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and Databricks (Delta Lake, MLFlow).
• Fluent English skills and a structured, experiment-driven approach to problem-solving.
