Data Product Lead

Jobgether is seeking a Data Product Lead to shape the strategic direction and impact of a high-growth data team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data analytics and product leadership, turning insights into actionable business growth opportunities while mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Own the data team's priorities, request intake, and team rituals including planning sessions and reviews.
• Conduct hands-on analysis, build dashboards, and deliver recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define tracking plans, success metrics, and data roadmaps.
• Translate stakeholder questions into clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen their analytical, communication, and problem-framing skills.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product management.
• Expert-level SQL skills with the ability to independently query and validate data.
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of using data to uncover revenue and growth opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex findings to diverse audiences.
• Experience in the crypto or DeFi ecosystem or a strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure.
