Data Management Specialist / Workday Prism Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Data Management Specialist to join our team and support data quality and integration processes within the Workday ecosystem.

Your responsibilities

• Review payroll data files received from payroll providers before they are loaded into Workday Prism.

• Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues that prevent successful data loading.

• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data by:

  • validating mandatory fields,

  • correcting incorrect date formats,

  • identifying and removing hidden blanks or formatting issues,

  • resolving other data inconsistencies.

• Take ownership of data quality and proactively address data-related issues independently.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality data is available for reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Workday HCM Certification (mandatory).

• Workday Compensation Certification (preferred).

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Prism, beyond a beginner level.

• Solid background in data analysis and data validation.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of data quality.

Nice to have

• Experience working with payroll data.

• Knowledge of HR data management processes.

• Experience supporting Workday implementations or post-go-live operations.
